ITA Pro Submission Guidelines
ITA Pro welcomes submissions of story ideas and bylined articles. Please submit a short pitch letter or e-mail that briefly describes the article’s focus, its importance to our readers, and the main takeaways. Please contact us for our editorial calendar for magazine issue focuses and to get an idea on the type of content we publish. Feature articles for the digital and print magazine should be 750 words in length for one page and 700 if you would like to include a head shot or image. Shorter articles for our website are in the 500- to 600-word range. All contributed articles should be exclusive to ITA Pro.
All contributed articles must be vendor-neutral,unless describing a specific IT case study. Authors may not mention their company name or product in bylined articles. Content should be information-based and not include advertorial content. Articles should be written in third person, unless the submission is an opinion piece approved by the editor.
ITA Pro reserves the right to edit contributed articles for style and length. Contributors should include a high-resolution digital headshot and brief (1-2 sentences) biography of the author, including name, title, position, and office location. Accompanying charts, tables, or graphics are encouraged and should be sent in high resolution PDF format.

ITA Mission Statement
The goal of the Insurance Technology Association is to provide members with opportunities to collaborate, educate, network, share, and use knowledge related to insurance technology. The ITA serves the insurance technology community as a resource and is dedicated to serving this specialized sector of the industry. Publications and educational programs created by the ITA are geared to professionals interested in or charged with evaluating, implementing, and marketing insurance-specific technology systems or services.
